Amy M. Burger is an associate attorney and focuses in the areas of estate planning, personal injury, workers compensation, employment, and civil rights.
Ms. Burger’s estate planning practice involves the drafting of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, which are customized to fit each client’s individual needs. She also drafts special needs trusts.
Amy graduated Cum Laude from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach. While in law school, Amy served on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and participated in Regent’s Center for Justice & Human Rights Clinic in Strasbourg, France.
Before law school, Amy worked for Disability Rights of Wisconsin and the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. Since her work at Disability Rights of Wisconsin, Amy remains knowledgeable of current disability rights issues and has given presentations on these issues throughout the State of Wisconsin.
Ms. Burger serves on the Board for People with Developmental Disabilities. In her free time Ms. Burger enjoys traveling, creative writing, and playing with her nieces.
