Thomas C. Lenz

 

Mr. Lenz received his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in 2005, and has been with First, Albrecht & Blondis, S.C. since graduation. He has been a partner with the firm since 2009. Mr. Lenz regularly represents client on matters involving personal injury, employment, wage & hour, and civil rights matters.

Mr. Lenz is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has litigated cases and obtained favorable jury verdicts in both state and federal court.  He has handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Equal Rights Division (ERD), and Unemployment Insurance Division.

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Justice (WAJ), the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), and the Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association (WELA).  Mr. Lenz has also been recognized as Super Lawyer Rising Star and has been recognized as a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.

During his time at Marquette University Law School, Mr. Lenz was a founding member of the Marquette Chapter of the American Constitution Society. Mr. Lenz received his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in 2002, graduating with distinction and honors. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.  In his free time Mr. Lenz enjoys spending time with his family, reading, traveling, and fishing.
