James P. End is a partner of the firm and concentrates his
practice in the areas of personal injury, employment law, worker’s
compensation and civil rights.
He graduated with honors from Marquette University Law
School in 2001. While in law school, he served on the editorial
board of the Marquette Law Review. and was honored with publication
of his student comment, The Open and Obvious Danger Doctrine: Where
Does It Belong In Our Comparative Negligence Regime?, 84 Marq. L.
Rev. 445 (2000).
Mr. End has worked with First, Albrecht & Blondis, s.c.,
since 2001. He has litigated cases in state and federal court and
handled matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC),
Equal Rights Division (ERD), Worker’s Compensation Division,
Unemployment Insurance Division and the Social Security
Administration. He is admitted to practice in the State of
Wisconsin and before the U.S. district courts for the western and
eastern districts of Wisconsin. He is a member of the State Bar of
Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the American
Association for Justice (formerly known as the Association of Trial
Lawyers of America), the Wisconsin Employment Lawyers Association
and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
