Dawn R. Caldart
is a partner of the firm and concentrates her practice in the areas
of employment law, including sexual harassment and disability
discrimination, worker’s injuries and civil rights.
Ms. Caldart is a
graduate of Marquette University Law School (J.D., 2001) and Purdue
University (B.S., 1988). At Marquette, she was a member of the
Marquette Law Review.
Prior to joining
First, Albrecht & Blondis, s.c., Ms. Caldart was the Director of
Legal Services at the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin where she
targeted HIV and AIDS related discrimination through litigation,
education and advocacy.
Ms. Caldart is
admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin and before the U.S.
District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
She is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar
Diversity Outreach Committee, the Wisconsin Employment Lawyers
Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
She currently is
a co-operating attorney with the Milwaukee Lesbian Gay Bisexual
Transgender Community Center. |
